I can't complete my purchase?

I have two items in my cart, I try to buy them and I get this.
Something has gone wrong! We apologize for the inconvenience, More specifically: All sellers restricted.. If this issue presists, please Contact Us and we will help you to complete payment for this order.

I sent the message to Hipcomics a few hours ago, still no word. I thought I might get an answer here.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue checking it out. It looks like the issue is on the Seller's end, and there may be an issue with their PayPal account. Our team is currently following-up on this, and will get back to you soon. In the interim, you should be able to complete payment with/to any other Seller.
