Buyer hasn't paid in 3 weeks and won't answer emails, whats next?

what do we do if the Buyer doesn't pay in 3 weeks and won't answer emails? Is there recourse?

    We automatically and periodically invoice buyers who have not yet paid for auctions or offers which they've won. However, if you're having trouble reaching a particular buyer who has not yet paid, please click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page, and our Support Staff will help you resolve the issue.
