Are we wasting our time here?

I understand that there is a legal situation going on here, but it seems like answers are getting farther away...not closer. Some sort of update would be nice. Just wondering if we are wasting our time listing books here.

    I'm happy to announce that the previous legal issue was resolved last week, and we're now re-starting our marketing efforts. We also just re-launched our Sales & Promotions section, so that Sellers can now place items on Sale, as well as create Promotions such as Buy 3 Get 1 Free in a specific category, Spend $50 Get $10 Off, and many more possibilities. I'll be reaching out to Sellers soon with more information.
