Buyer geting message that I don't ship to his country/ Area, Setting say I do.

Hey All,

I'm a seller form Canada, I have my shipping set at a flat rate for all or North America. My shipping setting say Domestic which in includes United States and Canada. Customer is in Ohio and getting a message that I don't ship to his Country/Area. What else in setting would cause this?

New seller trying to build up my feedback, every sale counts.

Anyone have any ideas I have a customer waiting on me. If I Can't figure this out I wont be able to sell on this platform.
