I ordered 13 books, only 12 arrived. Seller has not responded to repeated attempts to contact. The 12 books I did get were crammed into a flat cardboard envelope with no additional protection. Additionally, 9 of the 12 books were over-graded, 3 of them severely. Would not buy from this seller again.
