Synopsis
In the midst of the fight between the Splinter Clan and Punk Frogs, the sudden explosion made by Seri crashing into Dr. Barlow's clinic gives them all pause. Genghis questions if they should keep fighting at this point, and Attila gives orders to flee. Leo prepares to take the injured Carmen back to the Church for medical attention, and Mike catches up to Genghis. He tells Genghis that despite their groups' animosity (and, as Genghis points out, the Frogs burning down their home), he thinks they should be friends. Genghis appears to give it some thought before each of the two mutants are called away by their teams.
Don and Al start sifting through the rubble of Dr. Barlow's clinic and begin rescuing surviving patients. D.B. and Chuck suddenly spring out of the ruins and attack. Meanwhile, a lost Clyde happens upon the scene and sees Venus, who he recognizes as Bonnie, being attacked by Chuck. Don, Venus, and Clyde square off against the bull, while D.B. grabs Sheena, leading Al to attempt to rescue her. Venus fires a psychic blast that blows a hole in the mole rat, and an enraged Sheena beats him to death with a large stone. Clyde slices Chuck's head off as he advances toward them.
Clyde finally realizes that the "turtle" he saw wasn't kidnapping Bonnie, but it actually was her. Don says he and his family had nothing to do with Bonnie's disappearance, getting through the Frog's head at last that he was proclaiming the truth all along. Don tells Venus that there is a place for her back with the Splinter Clan, and that her powers and the connection the two of them made in the clinic were worth exploring. Clyde, however, tugs on Venus' arm and implores her to return with him to the Frogs. Don tells him that he has to let her make her own choice, and Venus blasts them both with a low level blast to get them away from her, leaving her arm severed and in Clyde's grip. She thanks Don for everything and says they'll see each other again, but tells Clyde she doesn't remember him and that Bonnie is gone; she is only Venus now. Venus disappears into the night, leaving Clyde to sadly carry her arm off.
Mike, Jenny, Casey, and Raph approached the destroyed clinic, and Sheena runs into Jenny's arms. Casey suddenly hears someone from in the rubble, and Seri emerges from the spaceship, telling them that she's looking for the Turtles. Mike confirms that they are who she's looking for. As the group heads back to the church lair, Raph expresses concern for Don's lack of reaction to the sudden appearance of a Triceraton in the middle of Mutant Town. Don rips off his bandages and flatly declares that he's fine.
As the Splinter Clan walks off with their new friend, Venus uses Don's discarded bandages to fashion a braid for herself. She is suddenly approached by Bludgeon, who intuits her name with his powers. He tells her that he can help her, offering her hot tea and soup if he comes back with her.
Clyde takes Venus' arm back to the Frogs and declares Bonnie dead, also telling them that the Turtles were not responsible. Attila says they should get a move on before Raph finds them, and Clyde solemnly says goodbye to Venus.
Back at the lair, Leo tends over the fallen Carmen, blaming himself for not protecting her. April tries to tell him it wasn't his fault, and tells Hector and Wanda to come with her and give Leo some space. He is suddenly visited by Oroku Saki, who despite showing up in full armor, declares he is no longer The Shredder. He tells Leo that there is something important to discuss, and Leo says he'll let the others know.
Meanwhile, Dr. Barlow pulls himself out of the rubble, communicating with his benefactor over the phone while hiding from E.P.F. search crews. He tells her he was able to save something - a small bag of Don's blood - and she tells him that should be enough, and that her "colleague" is waiting for him.
