Book was not VF, it was VG. When I opened it, page numbers were written on every page. Additional damaged to spine not shown in photos. I kept it anyway. Laying items on a USPS shipping box does not provide an accurate basis to determine if a book lays flat. Bags are sealed with packing tape. You'll need to purchase a new bag and open the bag with an exacto knife so is not to damage the buck. Your order comes in a Rubik's cube style folded USPS box. Substandard shipping and the Box is held together with packing tape. This can result in damaged to books when removed from said odd packaging.

Buyers beware. This seller does not rectify problems with purchases and knowingly sends out damaged items without notifying the buyer. The seller damaged the item, bending back several pages as well as the back cover, leaving a crease, and the item in this condition, then sent it to me with the pages fold the backwards!. They didn't tell me it was damaged. When I received it, I wasn't angry. I asked for $5 to put towards the cost of getting the book pressed. It's approximately $20 get the work done including shipping the item to and from someone to perform the work. When he agreed to pay $5 , to cover part of the work, I sent the item out instead of asking for a refund. The seller never refunded the money, ignored every email follow-up, and lied to Hipcomic when he said that he had refunded the money. He knew that this was a birthday present for my sister who, sadly, is a spastic quadriplegic After three years of buying on this site, this is easily the worst purchasing experience that I've had. It's morally reprehensible.
