I tried to buy books and was not allowed because seller "forgot" to add shipping. Then messaged me that shipping would be more than he originally listed it at. I was okay with that because I was still getting the books cheap. Then the seller messaged again saying he couldn't fix the invoice and he relisted the books so I could bid on them again, for more money. No thanks, sounds like a scam to me.

Do not bid on his books if he doesn't get the right bid he makes so you can pay for purchase by saying he doesn't ship to you're state . Will not even correct with administration and lies about the messages received. Not A trust worthy way of doing business also says he will relist item wishes you well on bidding again . probably will use someone to raise the bid
