sadly had a negative experience with this customer ( a first for on this platform for us) left us negatives without reaching out, and when i was kind and offered any solution to make sure he was happy, it wasn't enough. Sellers beware working with this buyer, unpleasant experience.

buyer needed partial refund, asked them to open a case on paypal to help me find the order id because i wasnt able to find on my end, in turn left me neutral feedback on all 20 + items they bought that i had to fight to get removed on all but the items he had a real issue on- be cautious doing business with them :(
