My bottom line is that I want you to be happy with your purchase. To that end I do my best to make my descriptions and photos (of the actual comic for sale - never stock) as accurate as possible so you know exactly what you're getting, noting any flaws that reduce a grade below NM, which is as high as I grade even though some of my comics would probably grade higher. Similarly, my grades are conservative; when in doubt I go lower, so in many cases you'll find the grade is a bit higher than what I've listed. That said, we're all human and make mistakes, and I'm no exception. If you're not happy with a purchase for some reason, please give me an opportunity to make it right before entering feedback. If there were accidental errors on my part, I promise I'll take care of it.
