Sorry, cover bundles do not include incentives.When i list a preorder comic stock photos are used as provided by the vendors. Sometimes these photos do not show title, trade dress, logos, or barcodes. So, keep in mind the comic you will actually receive will have those items on the cover.Sometimes artist change or the actual cover art changes without prior notice from the publishers. I will try to notify you of any changes, but no refunds will be provided because of these changes that are beyond our control.Preorders that are for virgin covers will say so in the title and/or description. If it doesn't say virgin than it is not.I will not guarantee a specific grade on non-incentive comics. You assume the same risk i do when ordering and how they are received from the vendors. The minimum condition i will ship to you is vf/nm (9.0). This allows for any unforeseen issues that may occur when received. If any serious damage is present on your comic, you will be notified and a reorder placed at your discretion. No refunds will be provided because you didn't receive a near mint or better comic. However, should a comic be damaged during transit, photos will be required as proof before any refunds will be allowed.Sometimes release dates shift without notice from the publishers. I will try to inform, if possible, should a release date change. However, since things do occur quite frequently and are beyond our control you will not receive a refund due to a release date change.I do not operate out of a brick-&-mortar location (an actual store). I am solely an online operation that operates out of his home. So, i do not carry an abundance of extra stock. Therefore, when you order an incentive cover, i am specifically ordering that cover for you. This sometimes comes at a premium cost as i deal with multiple vendors for the incentives. When you order an incentive it is for you and solely you. Since i deal with multiple venders, please allow up to 5 to 7 days after the publisher's release date to ship your cover. Please don't inquire when you comic will ship until this time has passed, as i will only tell you above. Please be patient on incentives. Note: weekends and holidays do not count as a business day.Incentives are guaranteed to ship to you in near mint or better condition. As a collector myself i know the importance of getting the 1:100 covers in great shape. Should an incentive arrive in not-so-ideal condition, you will be informed of this issue and a reorder will be placed.Single or up to 2 comics or covers are shipped to you securely in either a gemini comic book mailer or in a rigid mailer.Multiple comics up to 10 are securely shipped in a gemini comic book mailer.Orders of books over 10 are shipped in a box secured safely for travel.Combined shipping is most definitely allowed. Please try to add all comics into one single cart. Sometimes this isn't possible with preorders or comics that you receive an offer or make an offer on. Any overage paid on shipping when calculated will be refunded.All shipments are sent via usps ground advantage at a flat rate. International shipping is allowed through Hip's international shipping program. See Hip's guidelines for more information on their program.
