Peter Parker's life is in turmoil as he contemplates giving up being Spider-Man. Wolverine finds Peter and tries to convince him to do otherwise. The heroes join forces to battle a street gang and also have a brief encounter with the new Hobgoblin (aka Jason Macendale). Meanwhile, the Rose's criminal empire is crumbling all around him. (Note: This story takes place during Amazing Spiderman 289.) 32 pages
