WEB OF HORROR was an anthology horror comic that was published by Major Publications from 1969 to 1970. It ran for only three issues with a fourth one produced, but never published. It was printed in black & white in magazine format to avoid having to get the comics code authority's approval, much like its contemporaries CREEPY and EERIE. As with most horror anthologies, WEB OF HORROR was hosted by a storyteller. In this case it was WEBSTER, a wide-eyed, four legged spider!

Here's the final issue from the Spring of 1970.  Inside the creepy painted cover by Bernie Wrightson, can be found 6 chilling and frightening black-and-white horror stories from artists like Berni Wrightson, Mike Kaluta, Ralph Reese, and Syd Shores!

52 pages of chilling tales with titles like "Curse of the Yeti", "Santa's Claws", and "Feed It!"!

This copy is in really good shape, with no tears, and less toning than is normally seen on the poor-quality newsprint that was used by this publisher.  BUT the cover is somewhat loose but not detached  We very conservatively grade this an 4.0 VG.  As such, Overstreet lists a value of $20 . . . but we're offering it at $14 . . with our always-LOW shipping . . and FREE shipping when you combine additional purchases!
