This book was created by Mike Kazaleh the artist who created Captain Jack and published for the Chicago White Sox as a giveaway at the park and is in NM condition. The thing is it was a giveaway at the game. There were probably hundreds of copies passed out to fans. How many do you think made it home without being stepped on, folded in half, thrown away once home or had drinks spilled or food dropped on them? So, of the hundreds passed out who knows how many even still exist, especially in this condition. I'm going to bet, not many.
