Wow! This book has very nice eye-appeal! There appears to be an off cut on the cover as it does not fit the book perfectly and shows a thin line of inner cover at the top-edge which should not affect the grade as it was printed that way. With overall very faint light wear appropriate to grade. With standard cream pages and white inner covers.
