As a 40 year serious collector with an obsessive compulsive disorder for truly high grade comic books I base my strict grading on one THING, Can the book pull the said grade from Third Party Graders Like CGC, PGX and CBGS. Early comic book version of the famous "transforming" robots. The Decepticons gain control over a human engineer for a dam so that they can use that dam to pump energy to Cybertron and repair the dimensional bridge and get more help. So the Autobots, with Donny Finkleberg, the former Robot Master, have to stop them in "Aerialbots Over America." Script by Bob Budiansky and art by Don Perlin & Ian Akin & Brian Garvey. (PC 9)

*  Super Nice High Grade One Owner Book. The book features Like New Quality with VERY minimal to no wear. I believe the book most certainly pulls a 9.4 NM with any grading company, maybe better.   Comic books simply don't get much better than this.  Good Luck finding a nicer copy.
