A full refund is always an option for any presale items that arrive to us damaged.Our biggest strength as a seller is our pack-&-ship process:all comics are individually bagged and boarded.Single comics are inserted into a tyvek mailer and then a bubble-wrap envelope.Paired comics are bundled together in an extra mylar bag and inserted directly into a bubble-wrap envelope.Envelopes are expertly packed inside a tri-fold diamond comic mailer and a shipping label is affixed.Tracking is automatically uploaded to the order once the shipping label is created.Please feel free to reach out with any further questions about our process, listings or items!
