This issue is a reprint of issue #37.

The X-men finally meet Factor Three in Europe, but after a battle are defeated and trapped. They are being trailed by Changeling with a jury of some of X-men's enemies: Vanisher, Unus, Blob and Mastermind. The Mutant-Master is the leader of Factor Three and is helding Professor X and Banshee captive, watching the trial.
