As a 40 year serious collector I have acquired a vast inventory of most major Marvel and DC titles, as well as many Independants, Graphic Novels, Trades and hard Cover books. I believe my grading to be conserative and based on one THING, Can the book pull the said grade from Third Party Graders Like CGC, and CBCS. Ive submitted many books for grading and I have also cracked out plenty of CGC and CBCS books for my personal collection over the years. Cover pencils by Ed Hannigan, inks by Steve Mitchell. "Audition," script by Bill Mantlo, pencils by Sal Buscema, inks by Joe Sinnott; Bruce Banner takes an Avengers Quinjet in order to rescue Rick and Bereet who were kidnapped by the Humanoids, and are kept by the Leader in the Omnivac, his space station; When the Hulk arrives at the station, the Humanoids attack him and destroy the Quinjet and the Hulk's helmet; Although the savage Hulk has instinctively take air, the frightened Bruce Banner doesn't, so soon after his helmet is destroyed in space, he runs out of air, and falls unconscious; The Humanoids take him to Omnibus, where the Leader reanimates him and offers him to join him to govern the whole world as gamma brothers. Hulk denies the offer and the Leader sends again the Humanoids against him; Banner does not find a way to destroy the unbreakable Humanoids, and after a long, tiring fight, he gives up; The Leader returns Bruce, Rick and Bereet to Earth, since he feels the intelligent Hulk is no long a menace to him.

*  Nice solid Mid grade Newsstand book with some light wear.  The book still has some like new  quality with some light spine wear and a couple small corner folds bottom right .  The book is structurally solid and I believe is pulls in the 5.5 FN- range with most grading companies..

*  Nice Flat Spine with  clean tight staples ( some Very light spine wear,, a few small stresses))

*  Original Cover Color and Gloss with some very minimal surface wear

*  Solid Edges and corners (corner folds bottom right corner)

*   Off White/White Page Quality

*  Book Is Complete With NO: Cut Outs, Writing, etc...
