Second issue in a series involving the Squadron Supreme, Overmind, and Kyle Richmond.

Overmind, in the Squadron Supreme's universe, has the Squadron working (under mind control) to build his moon base. Kyle Richmond, who is the President of the US in that dimension, is his seeming mental slave.

Surfer and Vision battle the mind-controlled Squadron. The rest of the Defenders appear and help, and the Squadron is vanquished. Then the Overmind comes out and starts beating on the Defenders.

This book has deep rich color and very nice eye-appeal on this all-time-classic tons of heroes vs Overmind and Squadron Supreme cover! There is a faint half-bend mar at the outer-edge of the upper front cover that you have to hold the book up to the light to see as we almost missed it. With teeny edge wear on the front cover's top and side edges, mostly top. With standard cream pages and white inner covers. We have adjusted the grade accordingly.
