I've been collecting comics for over fifty years. My very first comic was World's Finest #205 (1971 - Neal Adams cover) I was amazed! Then, I purchased Special Marvel Edition #2 (1971 Thor vs The Absorbing Man) My amazement turned to sheer AWE! The Costumes! Those primary colors! The dynamic action poses! That unmistakable Marvel Style & quality! It leaped off the cover and pages and spoke volumes to me!!! It was just...WOW!!! My imagination completely soared!!! It left a tremendous impression on a 6 year old boy growing up in NYC. I was a total goner! from that point on, every week without fail, I was at my local candy store picking up my favorite Bronze Age Comics! To say that I've been uncontrollably hooked on the hobby ever since would be putting it mildly. I truly enjoy what I do, and if given the opportunity, I would love to assist you with your collecting!
