Up for your consideration is  George Perez classic book from 1982!  The book displays like new quality with very minimal to no wear. The book presents nicely.  Often times you can tell more about a book from the back cover, look at how clean that white back cover is .  Tough call on this one, but I believe the book pulls is capable of pulling a   9.2 NM- with most any grading company,  with a press who knows?   One thing is for sure...... This George Perez Issue is only going to get harder and harder to find, especially in higher grade like this.
