This is a comic of Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen No. 116 published by DC Comics in Dec., 1968. The grade is probably at least a Good- but I will leave that up to the buyer to determine from the scans.The pictures are of the actual copy being auctioned. The pages are complete and intact. There is a piece missing from the bottom left of the front cover (see scans).
