As a 40 year serious collector I have acquired a vast inventory of most major Marvel and DC titles, as well as many Independants, Graphic Novels, Trades and hard Cover books. I believe my grading to be conserative and based on one THING, Can the book pull the said grade from Third Party Graders Like CGC, and CBCS. Ive submitted many books for grading and I have also cracked out plenty of CGC and CBCS books for my personal collection over the years. * Tough call on this beautiful book. The book is a super clean one owner book with very little to no wear. The one flaw is a very light subscription crease to the right of Mario. The black line in the photo shows the location and the length of it. The print run on these valiant books was extremely small making the book a tough find, especially in higher grades. In addition to the small print run, these high gloss covers were very susceptible to scratches, scuffs and finger prints. This book is free of any of those flaws. This one owner book displays like new with 9.6 NM+ qualities. Despite the the few flaws mentioned I believe the book to be in the 9.2 NM- range.  The book also still has the original subscription card with it.
