2011 overstreet lists this item at 30.50 in fine/ very fine+ condition.

The book appears in near mint- condition but there are one half inch thumb tears on pages one and two. There are light shadow lines on the tops of the inside cover, page one and the back cover. We have lowered the grade accordingly.
