Synopsis:
When Steel comes across the boy of a Crime Lord drug dealer named Crank, he learns from the police that there is a serial killer targeting suspected child molesters. The Crime Lords believe that the E-Street Gang is responsible for the death of Crank, so they retaliate. In stopping the firefight, Steel sees ex-Metropolis psychic Rosie Kurtz on television talking about the serial killer. Steel gets her contact information from Lieutenant Beryl, and then goes to her apartment, where she has just been strangled by the serial killer. Then the police arrive and arrest Steel for her murder.
