Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage insect chew flaking at the edges a musty smell some signs of mold the spine is splitting rusty Staples the centerfold is detached from one staple and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
