Scout discovers that the Colonel may be after more than just steers as Project Mountain Fire is unleashed in "Bad to the Bone – Part 2: Got To Move." Script and art by Timothy Truman. Issue also has a "Scout: XQB Portfolio" with full-page pinups of various Scout characters by Steve Bissette, Jan Duursema, Tom Mandrake, Ron Randall, John Totleben, Rick Veitch, Tom Yeates, and John Snyder III.
