Cover by Greg Capullo and Harry Candelario. Story continues from Avengers West Coast #81. The outer space action starts with a bang as Quasar and Her battle members of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard near the planet Mercury! And after defeating Neutron and Starbolt, the quantum crusader enters the stargate and travels to the Shi'ar galaxy! But once Quasar arrives, everything goes haywire! First, he runs into more hostile Imperial Guardsmen! And then the Protector of the Universe bumps into Binary and the Starjammers! Wow, how many super-powered people are in this tale? Meanwhile on Chandilar, Earth's Mightiest Heroes demand an audience with the Majestrix Lilandra! Story continues in Wonder Man #8. Cameo appearances by Kayla Ballantine, Captain Atlas, Shatterax, Epoch, Electron, Hobgoblin, Oracle, Scintilla, Tempest, Warstar, Glom, Moondancer, Onslaught, Solar Wind, Voyager, and the Angler. Avengers Lineup: Captain Marvel (aka Monica Rambeau), Living Lighting, Scarlet Witch, Thor, Vision, and Wonder Man. (Notes: During 1992 the Quasar title was published direct edition only. However for the three issues that featured Operation Galactic Storm; Marvel published special newsstand editions. This issue was reprinted as Quasar #2 (aka Quasar #33B). This issue was also reprinted in 2006 in the trade paperback: Avengers Operation Galactic Storm.) 32 pages.

*  Another fantastic Greg Capullo cover graces this nice mid grade issue. The book display Like New qualities with some very minor wear, mainly a few small spine ticks.. The book features a perfect cover wrap giving it outstanding eye appeal. The interior displays flawless white page quality. I believe the book falls in the 7.0 - 7.5 VFN grade range with most any grading company out there.
