Up for your consideration and viewing pleasure is the super nice looking Pacific Presents #1 from 1982. The book features the 3rd appearance of the popular Rocketeer by Dave Stevens. I also believe it is the Very first cover appearance of the Rocketeer.  The book in my opinion is one of the most under appreciated books it the hobby. In addition to the early key Rocketeer, the book features some of the later work by the legendary Steve Ditko.  

The book is in great condition and displays like new quality with some Very minor wear. It has outstanding presentation with a perfect cover wrap and I conservatively believe the book pulls in the 8.5 - 9.0 VFN/NM grade range with most any grading company.The interior is super clean with nice white page quality.
