Store Policies: My bottom line is that I want you to be happy with your purchase. To that end I do my best to make my descriptions and photos as accurate as possible so you know exactly what you're getting. Any flaws reducing a grade lower than 9.4 are noted in the description, even if you can't see them on the scan. Similarly, my grades are conservative; when in doubt about a grade I go lower, and I never grade higher than 9.4 - although many of my comics were purchased new and immediately bagged and boarded - so in many cases you'll find the grade is a bit higher than what I've listed. That said, we're all human and make mistakes, and I'm no exception. If you're not happy with a purchase for some reason, please give me an opportunity to make it right before entering feedback. If there were accidental errors on my part, I promise I'll take care of it.
I take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, but again, sometimes things happen outside our control or a mistake is made. If that happens through any fault of mine, I'll make it right. All comics (with a few exceptions noted in the listings) are shipped bagged and boarded, and I've tried to choose shipping options that keep the price of getting you your comics as economical as possible - I'm not looking to make any money on shipping, though I can't lose a lot either. Shipping is expensive these days, but you'll find that the more comics you have in an order, the lower the per comic cost will be. So please check my shop for more items - I'm adding more all the time! If you have a problem with a shipping price and think there might be a better way to get your comics to you, or if you'd like to get your comics faster, please don't hesitate to contact me before paying for your order and I'll be happy to work something out.

I stand behind my descriptions and photos, but we're all human and it's possible I could miss something when listing a comic. I will accept returns only after prior authorization, and only when an item is significantly different from the description; the wrong item or in condition different enough from the description to drop it a full grade (from VF to F, for example). I will not accept returns for mistaken purchases (like buying Amazing Spider-Man Vol. II, #150 when you meant to buy Amazing Spider-Man Vol. 1, #150). Please check listings carefully. Shipping fees can not normally be refunded. If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact me with the specifics and we can discuss it.
