*Very Nice looking One Owner book with like new quality and minimal wear. A tough call on this one. The front is absolutely 9.8 NM-MT flawless. The back has a couple light rubs and a few tiny ticks.  I believe the book is strong enough to pull a 9.4 NM from most grading companies.
