Comic books don't get much better than this!  The book exhibits beautiful like new quality with virtually no wear. just a hint on that bottom corner keeps me from possibly calling this book a 9.6 NM+.  It presents very nicely with an outstanding cover wrap and I have to believe the book 9.4 NM quality with any grading company. I have certainly seen lesser books in 9.4 slabs thats for sure.
