HA HA COMICS is considered by many Funny Animal comic collectors to be the 'Cadillac' of the genre (at least among the titles published by the ACG/Nedor/Pines/Standard consortium).  Some of the best moonlighting animators of the '40s and '50s spent their evenings at home contributing stories to this title!  Animators like Ken Hultgren, Dan Gordon, Gil Turner, Bob Wickersham, Al Hubbard and Jack Bradbury, among others!

Among the ongoing characters appearing in HA HA in the Summer of 1953 were Robespierre the Cat, The Miceketeers, Hurry Hare and Willie Watchdog, Izzy & Dizzy, and Corky!  Inside the great cover by Dan Gordon are 5 stories in all, plus 3 illustrated text pages.

This is a very well-preserved copy - the binding is strong, there are no tears, no chips, no foxing, and the pages are supple (not brittle) with bright color.  We're calling it a 6.0 FN.   Overstreet says $30 for this issue in this condition, but we'll be happy with $15.  And YOU'LL be happy with our L•O•W $2 shipping!
