Good - A copy in this grade has all pages and covers, although there may be small pieces missing inside; the largest piece allowed from front or back cover is a 1/2 inch triangle or a square 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch. Books in this grade, are commonly creased, scuffed, abraded and soiled, but completely readable. Often paper quality is low but not brittle. Cover reflectivity is low and in some cases completely absent. Most collectors consider this the lowest collectible grade because comic books in lesser condition are usually incomplete and/or brittle. This grade can have a moderate accumulation of defects but still maintains its basic structural integrity.

Green Lantern: REBIRTH (2004) #3

"Yellow" is written by Geoff Johns and drawn by Ethan Van Sciver and Prentis Rollins. Every comic fan knows that the Green Lantern's mighty power rings used to have an important vulnerability: they couldn't affect anything colored yellow. This lead to Hal (Green Lantern) Jordan being as vulnerable to a well-placed spoon of mustard as anything else. However, readers have not known up to this point the origin of that flaw. As Hal struggles to regain his lost humanity, we learn that the yellow vulnerability has its roots at the beginning of the universe. An interstellar menace known as Parallax once roamed the stars feeding off the fear his presence invoked. The Guardians of Oa were able to trap and defeat Parallax, forever imprisoning him with the Central Power Battery they created for the Green Lantern Corps. This yellow being became the source of the weakness inherent in power rings.

As Ganthet, the last remain Oan Guardian, protects the perfectly preserved corpse of Hal Jordan from an assault launched by Green Lantern Kilowog, we learn that Parallax has steadily increased his influence over the GL Corps (including most graphically Hal Jordan) and now threatens to use the power of that heroic organization to once again rain terror on the universe. Within Jordan himself, a titanic struggle erupts between the fear that names itself Parallax and the spirit of vengeance that is the Spectre. As Kyle Rayner (the last GL) relates to Green Arrow, Parallax is the reason for so many of Hal Jordan's horrific acts, including the destruction of the Green Lantern Corps and the Central Power Battery. His final act of evil was the disastrous Zero Hour affair. But now that the flaw inside the Power Rings has a name, can Hal overcome its insidious influence? And now Parallax has revived an old ally; the renegade Green Lantern named Sinestro!
