Here's another entry in the huge category of 'Oddball 1940s Funny Animal Comics'.  There were a plethora of these at the dawn of humor comics (Ha Ha, Giggle, Happy, Barnyard, etc.) and it's fairly obvious they were all trying out the slapstickiest talking animal stories they could come up with, in the hopes that one or more would become popular enough to sustain their own title.

Sadly, none of the characters in this issue ever went on to lasting fame!

You do get Goofy Gander, Bagshaw Bear, Wilbur Fox and Daffy & Dilly, along with others by moonlighting Hollywood animators!

This is a pretty outstanding copy of GOOFY COMICS #24, belying its 75-year age! The cover and binding are tight on this 52-page comic, with minimal toning and great color throughout.  We call it a 7.0 FN/VF - you might call it something even better!  Overstreet thinks you would pay $60 for this grade . . . we think you'd rather pay our $28 plus L• O •W $2 shipping!
