Wow, wow, wow! This book has that right-off-the-rack look but for faint crease at the upper-outer area of book which shows on the front cover in the same area but can only be seen when you look at it from the inside and shows as a faint upper-outer corner-bend. There is teeny tear at the base of the front cover. The book has a very sharp hard-to-get in high-grade white all-time-classic 1st New X-Men cover! There is a very small pinch at the base of the spine with light indenting at the upper-spine-edge of the front cover. There is a light up-push at the top staple on the back cover. We are being super-picky as this is a huge key issue.
