 I am the original owner...these are all bought by me off the newsstands when they were released! I’ll be listing many sets of these in the coming weeks!
2 – Nov. 1974 – VG/FN – “A Blast from the Past”! is by Steve Englehart, Dave Cockrum, Bill Mantlo and Letters by Tom Orzechowski, as The Avengers take on Rama Tut and Kang the Conqueror and get captured in a time-spanning story in which they seek the Celestial Madonna…which results in the Death of The Swordsman! “Prisoners of the Pharoah”! is by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby and Inks by Dick Ayers as The Fantastic Four return to Ancient Egypt to try to find a cure for Alicia's blindness and are met by Rama-Tut, a time traveler from the year 3000! Reprints FF # 19!
3 – Feb. 1975 – FN/VF – “...What Time Hath Put Asunder”! by Steve Englehart, Roy Thomas, Dave Cockrum, Joe Giella,  Petra Goldberg and Gaspar Saladino sees the Celestial Madonna Saga continue, as The Avengers take on both deceased Heroes and Villains known as The Legion of the Dead! Next is a full reprint of Avengers # 2 where they take on The Space Phantom by Stan & Jack! The Marvel Value Stamp is Gladiator!
4 – June 1975 – VF – “...Let All Men Bring Together”! is by Steve Englehart, Don Heck, John Tartaglione, Petra Goldberg and Charlotte Jetter, as Immortus, Kang, Umar, and the Titanic Three attack the Avengers while Mantis finds out she is the Celestial Madonna! This classic issue features the Wedding of The Vision and Scarlet Witch…and Mantis marrying a Tree!! “Betrayed by the Ants”! is by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers as Ant-Man takes on Egghead for the very 1st time! “Then Came…The Black Widow”! by Gary Friedrich, John Buscema and John Verpoorten reprints the first issue of Amazing Adventures, as Natasha takes out some Gangsters!
5 – Dec. 1975 – VG – “The Monstrous Master Plan of the Mandarin”! by Roy Thomas, Don Heck and George Roussos finds The Avengers taking on The Mandarin, who has gathered together a formidable force made up of Power Man, The Living Laser, The Swordsman, The Enchantress, The Executioner and Ultimo to destroy The Avengers and take over a South American country! There’s also a classic Pin-Up by John Buscema!
