Cover pencils by Terry Dodson, inks by Rachel Dodson. In Dark Woods, The Right Road Lost, script by Larry Hama, pencils by Andy Smith, inks by Sean Parsons; Jubilee and Chamber are in an alternate dimension looking for Synch while being guided by the Pooka, Elwood; Banshee, Husk and Penance are in another spot of the same dimension for the very same reason being guided by the mutant rat, Dirt Nap, and find a train to ride; Synch is trapped and has been brought to the Citadel of the Universal Amalgamator where M-Plate plans on forcing him to use his mutant power to combine the consciousness of every being in the universe into one; Back home in the Danger Grotto, Emma and Skin appease the Token and find the mystic creature having a tea party with Artie, Leech and the missing local girl. 38 pgs

Mystery Train, script by Larry Hama, pencils by Terry Dodson, inks by Rachel Dodson; Banshee, Husk and Penance are rocketing along on an interdimensional train looking for Synch when they are reunited with Chamber and Jubilee; The team takes the train to the Citadel of the Universal Amalgamator where M-Plate is trying to force Synch to use his mutant powers to activate the machine; Once Synch's friends arrive, M-Plate uses them as pawns in her game; Just as Synch is on the point of doing the deed to save his friends, the mutant rat, Dirt Nap, leaps down and swallows M-Plate. 38 pgs

Return From Forever, script by Larry Hama, pencils by Terry Dodson and Dan Lawlis, inks by Rachel Dodson and Jon Holdredge; In a crazy alternate dimension, the mutant rat, Dirt Nap, has swallowed M-Plate but cannot digest the villain and, as he explodes from his mutant lunch, Emplate and the M Twins emerge, separated once again; The twins reveal that during the time they were merged with their brother, they learned what happened to the real M; Generation X battles Emplate but damage the Universal Amalgamator during the fight; With reality crumbling around them, the team jumps the train back to their home dimension but Synch and Penance miss their ride as they are trying to save the girl, Gaia, who is chained in service to the Amalgamator; The pair rescue Gaia and are able to find their own doorway home but Synch gets beaten up by two goons waiting on the other side. 38 pgs
