This is the 2nd Print JC Penny Variant. The book is in very nice condition with like new quality and some very minor wear. mainly a few tiny spine ticks. The book has outstanding presentation with a perfect cover wrap and the interior has flawless page quality. I believe the book pulls an 8.5 VFN+ with any grading company, possibly even a 9.0 on any giving day.
