Very High Grade copy.1st FULL Venom cover.As time has gone on it is becoming apparent that 1st Full cover appearances of characters are becoming very important in terms of resale value.Key Collector Comics has commented on that extensively,as exemplified by this issue!!!!! This issue has increased tremendously in price over the last year.This copy at 39 times magnification has 2 faint spine stress lines non color breaking and under 18 times magnification 1 stress line .Under normal viewing there appear to be none.The back cover spine area has 4 faint stress lines.This underlies the reasons that grading can be inconsistent. However this comic is as we interpret it a 9.4.It should be noted that 9.8s currently are testing 2000.00!! and 9.4s at 1000.00
