Hard to believe its been 40 years since I grabbed this now classic book from the stands way back in 1985! The book is still in great owner condition with like new quality and very minimal wear., mainly a vertical print line.  The books exhibits its original cover color and gloss and along with a perfect cover wrap it has outstanding eye appeal. clean tight staples along with a flawless white page interior give this classic book even greater appeal. Tough call on this one. It has all the quality of a NM book, but I think Im going to stay in the 8.5 -9.0 grade range on this one.
