Tough call on this outstanding looking book!  It has like new quality with very minimal wear. The book has outstanding presentation with a perfect cover wrap. I Really want to call it a NM book as it has many NM qualities, with a hint of corner wear I think conservatively I'll call it a very nice 9.0 VFN/NM with most any grading companies, possibly even a 9.2 NM- on any given day. One thing is for sure it's very nice clean book
