Another wild crazy issue from this popular Malibu title! The book is in outstanding condition! It displays beautiful like new quality with Very minimal to no wear. It presents nicely with a perfect cover wrap. It is my opinion that the book pulls a solid 9.0 VFN/NM with any grading company, possibly even a 9.2 NM- on any given day.  Nice clean book.
