X-Cuses!, script by Dan Abnett, pencils by Liam Sharp, inks by Cam Smith and Rod Ramos (pgs.11-12); Wolverine and Death's Head throw down until the rest of the X-Men recover and end the fight; During the distraction of the battle, Tuck and the Sapphire Lotus are captured and taken to Chicago by Wraithchilde; Our heroes give chase but discover that Tuck is now under the influence of Wraithchilde and very intent on killing them. 36 pgs.

Borgs in the Hood Part The Third: Losers Weep, script by Dan Abnett, pencils by Anthony Williams, inks by Andy Lanning; Death's Head has a final confrontation with Methinx in 3442 A.D. where he learns that the magician is really fueled by technology rather than the occult and also that Dr. Necker created him from the body of a dead man; After Methinx is defeated, he opens a portal to 2020 so that Death's Head can confront Necker at the time of his origin. 36 pgs

* ISSUE #9 -  Payback Time, script by Dan Abnett, art by Simon Coleby; Death's Head II arrives in 2020 to confront Dr. Necker at the moment of his origin but is stopped by the Light Brigade who tells him that he will destroy the future timeline if he continues; Inside the AIM complex, Death's Head I battles Minion but is killed, thus paving the way for the creation of his successor; Bette Noir sends Death's Head II back to 1993 to confront Necker at a time when it won't affect the future. 36 pg
