*  Comic books don't get much better than this One Owner book!  Beautiful like new quality with Virtually no wear. One tint tear on the edge of the first page is it. other than that the book is flawless and I would have likely been in the 9.6 NM+ range with this book. As it stands I believe it to be at least a 9.4 NM.  Good luck finding a nicer one out in the wild!
