Synopsis - First appearance of Death-Stalker (cameo). Cover pencils by John Romita, inks by John Romita and Frank Giacoia. When Strikes the Gladiator!, script by Steve Gerber, pencils by Bob Brown, inks by Vince Colletta; The Gladiator kidnaps Candice Nelson for doing a story on work by Ted Sallis; DD heads to the Florida Everglades looking for Ted and runs across the Gladiator who got there first. Appearances by the Black Widow and Shanna the She-Devil. The letters page contains Marvel Value Stamp series A #85 (Lilith, Dracula's Daughter by John Romita Sr.). 36 pgs.
