Sprague De Camp and Lin Carter. Mr. Fantastic (of the Fantastic Four) stars in a one-page Hostess ad, A Passion For Gold.

I've been collecting comics for over fifty years. My very first comic was World's Finest #205 (1971 - Neal Adams cover) I was amazed! Then, I purchased Special Marvel Edition #2 (1971 Thor vs The Absorbing Man) My amazement turned to complete & total AWE! The primary colors! The dynamic poses! That unmistakable Marvel Style! It just leaped off the cover! There stood Thor with that mighty hammer & his golden hair & the thick red cape facing the viewer! It was just...WOW!!! I had never seen anything like it! (as a 5 year old :) I was a total goner! To say that I've been uncontrollably hooked on the hobby ever since would be putting it mildly. I truly LOVE what I do, and if given the opportunity, I would love to assist you with your collecting!
