Cap's pilot, John Jameson, has been missing for almost three weeks! And strangely enough there have been bizarre sightings of a half-man, half-wolf creature in the New England area! Oh no, has John Jameson somehow become the Man-Wolf again?! But wait, wasn't John cured (of the moonstone curse) in Spectacular Spider-Man Annual 3 many years ago? The star-spangled avenger isn't sure what's going on, so he tags up with Dr. Druid in Boston and begins searching for John. When Cap and Dr. Druid stop in a dark forest north of town, they indeed find a werewolf…and then some! First appearance of Moonhunter. Cameo appearances by Wolverine, D-Man, J. Jonah Jameson, and the Black Widow. Flashback cameos by Dr. Curt Connors and Spider-Man. Second Story: "The Pit and the Pitiful" Script by Mark Gruenwald. Pencils by Larry Alexander. Inks by Ariane. Crossbones continues to hold Diamondback captive underground with, sadly, no relief in sight. Cameo appearances by Mother Night and Cutthroat. * A super nice one owner book!  Part of Marvels 30th anniversary from 1992, this awesome Cap issue features Like New Quality with Very little to no wear. Sporting a perfect cover wrap it has outstanding eye appeal. The interior displays flawless white page quality. With the very minimal wear I believe the book to be at least a 9.2 NM- with any grading company, possibly even a 9.4 NM on any given day of the week. One thing is for sure..... You'll be hard pressed to find a nicer copy of this classic Cap book out in the wild.
