Jack Kirby both scripted and pencilled CAPTAIN AMERICA #195 and the story, "It's 1984!"  

CAPTAIN AMERICA and the FALCON break out of the 'New Society' labor pen and encounter Cheer Chadwick, the daughter of the man in charge of the Elites. She takes an interest in the two and gives them a tour of the installation that Gen. Argyle Fist is commanding.  CAPTAIN AMERICA asks Cheer about the location of the Big Daddy madbomb when suddenly Tinkerbelle appears and easily knocks out CAPTAIN AMERICA and FALCON. She disagrees with Cheer's assessment that the two won't last more than a minute in the battle arena because they don't understand what it's like to fight without a sense of fair play. 

However, Tinkerbelle never disobeys the Elite, so she lifts CAPTAIN AMERICA and FALCON up under her arms and takes them off against her better judgment to attempt to turn them into serviceable arena combatants.

This is a good-looking copy, with a solid binding, supple pages, cover gloss and good interior colors.   We'll very conservatively call it a 8.0 VF . .   which Overstreet says commands a price of $12 . . . but we're pricing it at just $4 . . with our trademark L•O•W  shipping!
